Post Weekend Superfood Smoothie

(Not so) happy Monday everyone! If you're like me and feeling the after effects of the weekend, then you'll be feeling quite disgusting and sluggish right now. Fortunately, I have created the remedy to revitalise your lifeless body and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. 

This smoothie is full of the latest craze of 'superfoods' which are beneficial to your whole body as they improve your overall health, boost your immune system and provide many other benefits. It also includes antioxidants which helps prevent disease and potassium, which helps blood pressure and many more.

Most importantly, this smoothie tastes absolutely delicious! It has a gorgeous sweet, fruity taste which is ridiculously addicting and leaves you wanting more.

* 1 1/2 cups water
* 1/4 - 1/2 cup of goji berries (the more, the sweeter)
* 1 tsp chia seeds
* 1 cup blueberries (see note)
* 1/2 banana


-note- any fruit can be used in replacement of the blueberries. This recipe also tastes great with raspberries. Experiment and let me know what fruit you used!
